This is a 1 meter pattern aircraft ... not a typical shock flyer. Dimensions (mm) The whole aircraft is made out of EPP The wings was hot wired out of EPP.. RAE100, a medium thickness airfoil was chosen over a thick airfoil to reduce drag. It has two 3X1mm CF strips glued on the top and bottom surface at 35% cord, and one outrigger to the tip TE. The ailerons are 6mm depron. The horizontal and vertical surfaces were 10mm flat plate EPP with the LE rounded. The TE was left as it is to have requisite strength. 3X1mm CF strips are glued along the hinge line for strength The fuselage has a EPP 50mmX40mm central spine which has 3 CF rods (3mm) glued along the length for torsional and longitudinal stiffness. The wing and the horizontal and vertical surface is mated to this central spine. The overall outline of the fuselage is a 10mm EPP which is also glued on the central spine. The battery is pushed in a through slot in the spine (between the CF rods). The slot is cut as forward as pos...

This is a 1000 mm span aerobatic aircraft, in the lines of a pattern ship built during covid lockdown The wing is symmetrical , constant cord Span : 1000 mm Cord : 200 mm + 40mm aileron Airfoil :FX 77080 and 15% thickness The wing is hotwired, and the leading edge is fiberglassed with 100 gsm FG, upto 25%. This itself acts as a spar. Something like a D box.  The full length ailerons are 5mm depron covered with paper for stiffness The tail assembly, horizontal and vertical stabilizer, are constructed our of 5mm depron , with the leading edge (upto 25%) covered with paper Fuselage is box construction out of 5mm depron. The underside is fiber glassed  with 100 gsm FG The cowl was modified and the ailerons were trimmed to align with the wing tips She is beautiful .. both in looks as well as in flight characteristics.. hammerheads are perfect, rolls are controlled , it flies as if on rails..

Coro Stunt aircraft + some others

An aerobatic plane … not named ·           34” thick (18%) symmetrical airfoil (E 479), aluminium channel spar, coloured tape covered ·           Coro fuse with detachable canopy for access to electronics ·           900KV, 10X4.7 prop, 3S ·           Ailerons, rudder, elevator, throttle Abhiroop (my son) with the aircraft Very responsive in all three axis… good roll rate…. The rudder area was increased later on to enable knife edge.  Glides well for a stunter. … has good stall characteristics (adequate indications by wagging of wings) .. a good aerobatic  aircraft..       Shock Flyer Own Shock flyer design made out of depron. This aircraft has two CF strips glued to either side of wing as spar (very light and rigid (very effective as it subjects the CF ...
